Project Fuji also known as openESB.next is exploring the technology that will be implemented in openESB v3.
Fuji, just like openESB, is based on JBI but also on OSGi.
Because Fuji is shipped as an OSGi bundle it can be installed on any OSGi container.
For instance GlassFish v3 or Apache Felix.
All current BCs and SEs can be deployed on Fuji, because of the JBI micro-kernel.
We can also expect new exciting features like:
webbased tooling in which an ESB project can be created graphically by using drag&drop functionality.
Interceptor and filters are available.
And Jruby services with which f.i. Validations can be performed.
